Methanex’s Maintenance Department, Iron Chef Champions for 2010, came away with the trophy thanks to their secret ingredient – curry. Utilising this ‘secret’ local favourite to add that extra flavour to their tantalising meals, the dishes of the ‘Massalawalas’, as they call themselves, proved hard to resist.
