Frequently Asked Questions

Do you design Virtual Tradefair Booths?
Yes we do! We can assist you in designing your booth according to the host's specifications, and in getting your collateral materials like flyers, brochures, social media, videos and websites ready.
How do I get a Tradefair Booth or Exhibition done?
Three-dimensional experiences are wonderful ways to communicate with your publics. These can range from a simple display stand at an event, to a collapsible booth for promotional purposes, to an entire exhibition about a range of topics that your stakeholders or your employees can experience and connect to your brand.
How much does it cost?
There are solutions for every budget - from one-banner, reusable stands, to ready-made media walls, to entire three-dimensional, exciting tradefair booths, to a walk-through exhibitions with lots of things to learn and see. To price your project, you would need to address the following questions:
  • what is the event you would like to participate in or stage
  • what is your product / service / brand that you would like to be associated with your exhibit
  • what is your production budget
  • do you require research or do you have the content that you would like to showcase
  • would you like interactive technological elements in your exhibit
  • will your exhibit require lighting solutions
  • do you need additional advertising for your event
  • don't forget that there may be additional fees for participating in trade fairs!
How long will it take?
Since three-dimensional experiences require the input of many specialists - from designers like us, to builders, light technicians, videographers, multi-media programmers, photographers etc. - make sure that you allot enough lead-up time to your event. Also, remember that fabricators sometimes get very busy and you want to make sure that you don't get caught up in other people's deadlines! A simple project may be turned around in a couple weeks, but a complex exhibit can take up to a year to prepare and install.
